Origami Lily Earrings
Mythology where Venus saw a lily and was jealous of its beauty. In Greece, Lily was said to created by the Goddess Hera when she was feeding Hercules. In Greek and Roman cultures, a lily was placde on the bride's head as a symbol of purity and abundance.
In western culture, lily is a symbol of chasitity and virtue. In Christianity, the lily is associated with the Virgin Mary and as a symbol of virgin martyrs and saints. Lily symbolizes motherhood in Chinese culture.
